So, This Is Me

Hi!  I am Life Coach Beth Veenkamp.  I am happy that you have cruised by to check out my site, and I hope that I can help answer your questions and help you find what it is that you are really looking for.

I’ve been mentoring people for years. After taking a leap and immersing myself into the role of Life Coach in 2005, I have had the pleasure of working with hundreds of clients in my business, Constructing Life Coaching.

In 2006, I graduated from an intensive 18 month Life Coach training program, and gained the credential of a  Certified Fearless Living Coach   I am currently one of only a few in Canada certified in this method of coaching.  Nine years in, I am still coaching from my telephone in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada.

Fearless Living Life Coach Beth Veenkamp!

Prior to my Coach Certification Program, my education and experience had always been about people. When I studied Criminology at Simon Fraser University, I learned about human kind, human biology, history, philosophy, law, issues relating to crime and justice and how society and relationships are formed.  Since 1995, I have worked basically the broad field of communications and public relations, primarily in the non-profit world.  To sustain me while I was building up my coaching skills and growing my business, I had the great fortune to work for an amazing organization called Junior Achievement.  I was hired in 2004 and learned a tremendous amount about everything while I was there.  When I think of JABC, I see it with absolute gratitude for the opportunity to really grow as a person, and leader.

But, I gotta walk my talk and decided that I needed to walk away from the safe and familiar on to what I really want to be about.  I want to be remembered as a game changer, someone who is not content to sit idly by.  I want to be a person who contributes to the good stuff.  And, my way of doing that is through Coaching.  I know ways to help you get out of your way and on with what you really want.  I know it works because I use these techniques myself.  If I can help you live your best life, then I see that as a tremendous asset to the world.  I believe if we all worked on being better, the world would be better.  It is possible.  I just know it.

I have worked with individuals and groups to discover the secret ways that they are getting in their own way of achieving success.  I take the “whole person” approach, and know that true success includes many different factors.

I catapult my clients towards achieving their dreams and support them in becoming accountable in all areas of their life.  No matter what area of your life you want to change, be it – career, health, relationships, or communication, I provide practical tools to get you on your way.

I have lived in the Okanagan Valley of British Columbia, Canada since 2002.  Having a clear vision of how I want to set up my career and family life, I feel so grateful to work with so many different and unique clients. Many of them are local, but I also work with people from all over North America. My clients are local to Canada and the United States and in places as far as way as Halifax, New York, Texas and Florida.

I am a mother of two little girls that are the biggest challenge, lesson, opportunity and joy that I have ever know.  I am also a wife to Derek, a daughter to quite few, a sister, a cousin and friend.
