Meet Beth Veenkamp!

I’ve been mentoring people for years. After taking a leap and immersing myself into the role of Life Coach in 2005, I have had the pleasure of working with hundreds of clients in my business, Constructing Life Coaching.

I later graduated from an intensive 18 month Life Coach training program in 2006, and became the only Certified Fearless Living Coach in British Columbia, Canada.

Fearless Living Life Coach Beth Veenkamp!

My education and experience has always been about people. When I studied Criminology at Simon Fraser University, I learned about human kind, human biology, history, philosophy, law, issues relating to crime and justice and how society and relationships are formed.  Since 1995, I have worked in the broad field of communications and public relations, primarily in the non-profit world.

Fundamentally I concern myself with matters relating to how we as humans are showing up on this earth.  The next title I intend to own is Social Activist.

Since obtaining my Certified Coach status in 2006 I have worked with individuals and groups to discover the secret ways that they are getting in their own way of achieving success.  I take the “whole person” approach, and know that true success includes many different factors.

I catapult my clients towards achieving their dreams and support them in becoming accountable in all areas of their life.  No matter what area of your life you want to change, be it – career, health, relationships, or communication, I provide practical tools to get you on your way.

I connected with the principles of Fearless Living on a deep, personal level and passionately believe that the daily use of simple and effective techniques can catapult anyone toward achieving anything.

I have lived in the Okanagan Valley of British Columbia, Canada since 2002.  Having a clear vision of how I want to set up my career and family life, I feel so grateful to work with so many different and unique clients. Many of them are local, but I also work with people from all over America. My clients range from Canada, the United States and in places as far as way as Halifax and New York.

In Kelowna, I am the Regional Manager of Junior Achievement of British Columbia, Okanagan Region working to bring Business Education Programs to more then 5000 students throughout the Okanagan Valley each year. I do this because of my great appreciation for their cause, which is inspiring kids to learn about business, by giving adult business people the opportunity to give back to local schools by facilitating the JA progams.  I am grateful to be connected to such an amazing organization.

I am also an active member of JCI Okanagan, the Kelowna based Chapter of Junior Chamber International. If you know me,  you know that I am passionate about JCI.  JCI has given me the encouragement to do everything that I have done in the last 6 years as a business owner.  I have had several opportunities through them to learn, meet and grow as a professional.

Some of my JCI career highlights include:

  • 2010 JCI National Impromptu Speech Winner, 2010
  • JCI Okanagan Member of the year, 2010
  • BC/Yukon Effective Speaking Winner
  • 2009 JCI Okanagan Member of the Year
  • 2008 JCI Canada National Convention Chair
  • JCI BC/Yukon member of  the year award
  • 2008 JCI Okangan Member of the year and,
  • Rroject of the Year award in November 2008.

I am a mother of two little girls that are the biggest challenge, lesson, opportunity and joy that I have ever know.  I am also a wife, a daughter, a sister, cousin and friend.
